The 5-year breakeven inflation rate represents a measure of expected inflation derived from difference in yields of the 5-Year Treasury Constant Maturity Securities and 5-Year Treasury Inflation-Indexed Constant Maturity Securities. The breakeven rate is reported daily and was 2.44 on April 26, 2024.
