The 5-Year forward inflation expectation rate is a measure of expected inflation (on average) over the five-year period that begins five years from today and is calculated using the 5 year and 10-year nominal and inflation adjusted Treasury securities. The 5-year forward breakeven rate is reported daily and was 2.28 on February 07, 2025.
